By engaging our infrastructure, you consent to the following operational terms and service agreements.

1. Service Provisioning

MSC Studio provides bespoke web architecture, digital infrastructure development, and strategic acquisition services as defined in individual service level agreements.

2. Intellectual Assets

All structural designs, source code, and digital assets generated by MSC Studio are protected by global IP laws. Ownership transfer occurs upon final settlement of the engagement.

3. Liability Limitation

MSC Studio shall not be liable for indirect operational losses once digital infrastructure has been deployed and accepted by the client.

4. Governance

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any legal disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of the Corrientes province courts.
